There is something beautiful about the song, isn't it?? I know, I know its a beautiful composition and very well sung and Rakhee looks beautiful in the saree and those bong eyes can penetrate you deep inside, Amitabh always looks good and the better looking Vinod Khanna is sometimes forgotten in the song and also in the movie.. but apart from that that there is something which makes it so nice and so close to the heart...

बात सच्ची है...शायद इसी लिए अच्छी लगती है.."आगया जो किसी पे प्यार क्या कीजिये?"
दिल का ऐतबार तो नहीं ही हो सकता..और बड़ी गहन बात को इतने सरल शब्दों में बयान किया है अनजान साब ने..."प्यार में तेरे दिल का मेरे जो भी अंजाम...बेक़रारी में है करार क्या कीजिये?"

यहाँ कोई शर्म या हया नहीं है..बस प्यार है जो सर चढ़ के बोल रहा है...और प्यार तो अक्सर ऐसे ही बोलता है...

the other beauty of the song is the tune..simple, sweet और तुरंत जुबां पे चढ़ जाने वाली...लताबाई की तारीफ़ तो नहीं ही करूंगा...सूरज को दिया दिखने की बात..मेरे बस की बात नहीं है...so lets leave the singer part aside...yes but in the entire song u can almost feel the blushing and smile on the face of the singer and which brings the smile on our face to when we hear the song...

AND the PIANO...damn..I miss the piano songs in hindi movies these days..it was such an integral and important part of hindi film songs for so very long...somehow all the actors knew how to play the piano...:D

and we had some amazingly beautiful piano songs over the years....
